SPECIFICATION

  ·The main shaft adopts an ultra-high-precision air-bearing shaft, which makes the instrument have the advantages of high rotation accuracy, good stability, strong bearing capacity, non-contact, non-wear, and long life, and reaches the national first-class accuracy standard.
  ·The work surface and column are made of natural granite material, so that the mechanical performance of the instrument is more stable and reliable, without deformation, drift, and beautiful in shape.
  ·Two-stage built-in air filter, a protective pressure relay and an oil-water separator device make the compressed air working pressure stable, clean and dry, ensuring good rotation stability and high precision of the air flotation spindle.
  · The spindle motor adopts high-precision frequency conversion motor, so that the spindle of the instrument can rotate smoothly and reliably
  ·The vertical and horizontal movement of the sensor is driven by linear motors, which makes the instrument easy to operate and precise to adjust.
  ·A high-precision rotary encoder with 2048 wires/cycle is used to ensure data sampling resolution.
  ·The inductance signal measurement circuit of the instrument is a high-precision LVDT dedicated circuit independently developed by the company, and the measurement accuracy and stability are at the leading level in China.
  ·The special measurement and analysis management software based on windowsXP operating system has the functions of automatic acquisition, automatic correction of eccentricity, instrument calibration, digital filtering, measurement parameter evaluation according to the latest ISO standard, measurement result database archiving, printing and output, etc.
