As far as I know, there is no pressing machine of that enterprise in China that can produce more than 2 meters of products.
Inkjet can do everything, but there are still drawbacks. Because red ink is more expensive, many businesses and consumers can not accept the high price at present. Organic materials have a lot of space, and when organic materials are used, there is a significant reduction in energy. For example, we make a thin plate. On the sheet, a UV spray painting is made. The spray effect is like a photograph, so you can spray any color you need. Then, some colors of inkjet technology can not be achieved, for example, after UV spray painting, the product surface is covered with a layer of light-protective resin, so the effect is very flat, gloss is very high, can reach 110 degrees above, looks like glass-ceramics, the actual surface is a layer of resin, which can be said to interior wall decoration. To the extreme. At this Bologna exhibition, I saw several companies. There is a model for doing this. Because the ceramic itself is opaque and opaque, if we make thin plates and achieve 2 millimeters, then the transparent and opaque, then the whole decorative effect will be different, if we put a light box on the opposite side of the ceramic, then it will show a hazy decorative effect light, therefore, the pottery. Porcelain may work in this direction. Of course, the mainstream will remain unchanged. Our consumer group mainly consumes at medium and low prices. Then, the cost will be relatively high. Therefore, it will take some time for customers to form a large demand for these products.
Other equipment highlights are pressing machines, some need not spray tower, directly from raw materials to build powder and other equipment, in fact, these equipment in the domestic universities and factories do corresponding research, therefore, at present, there will be no demand for volume, the impact on us will not be great.
After Bologna exhibition observation found that ceramic tiles will be expected to be light and thin, which may be a trend in the future development. Other products are colorful. Another trend that can not be ignored is organic and inorganic products, that is, so-called composite materials, such as ceramic resin composite materials. Because I specialize in microcrystalline, we will make some adjustments. Then, I may work hard on thin plates, glass-ceramics and other products, which also echoes the national demand for energy saving and consumption reduction and industrial development trend. In fact, ceramics are resource-consuming products. Nowadays, resources are increasingly exhausted. Energy saving and consumption reduction is an inevitable trend.
The greatest gains in Italian fashion are clearly felt that the gap between China as a big ceramic country and Italy, Spain and other ceramic powers is mainly reflected in the production of sheet ceramics, especially in the roller press. In order to make a breakthrough in this respect, it may take at least three to five years at home. Another feeling is that our country is beginning to change from a big ceramic country to a strong ceramic country in the ceramic industry. The biggest manifestation is that foreign employees are generally older, most of the employees of enterprises are over 40 years old, and less under 40 years old. For example, I have observed the age of employees in several factories. In the factories I have seen, only two people are under 40 years old. This reflects that these ceramic powers are gradually losing competitiveness. In a few years, our country may surpass in technology, product production and other fields. Another perception is that from the Bologna Ceramics Exhibition, only one Eagle company is allowed to participate in the exhibition, to the present, we have three enterprises to participate in the exhibition, then we believe that in the next few years there may be more enterprises to participate in the exhibition, including our company, although not get the booth. But also in some other important foreign exhibitions, and achieved good results, for this high-end participation, I believe that there are more Chinese enterprises to participate in the exhibition and attention.
It can also be said that after a few years, the production space of foreign enterprises has gradually become narrower and the market has become more and more difficult. For example, I visited a ceramics enterprise. The output of this enterprise is 4,000 square meters a day. The products are mainly made in large specifications. The production line has only one kiln, but look at the products of this enterprise. The stock has been hoarded for half a year. Therefore, I hope that Chinese enterprises will really change from big to strong. Instead of winning with super-low price and low-end technology competition, they should improve their technology, including color and other aspects. I think it's time for us to catch up with and surpass those enterprises and technology from abroad.
